Salon Policies


We require a deposit to schedule an appointment for selected salon services.

All Deposits are non-refundable.

We do not issue refunds.


We want all of our Be’u Clients to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience at Be’u Salon & Spa. We are here to meet and hopefully exceed all expectations. As professional we strive to communicate how important it is to achieve a healthy & realistic approach regarding your hair goals. If you are not satisfied with your service, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling happy & confident.


Hair Service Policies

  • Blow Dry Only - To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and to ensure the best results with our blow dry services, we kindly inform our clients that blow dry services are offered exclusively in conjunction with a hair wash. We believe this policy allows us to deliver the outstanding results you expect and deserve, ensuring your hair looks fantastic and is treated with the utmost care from start to finish.

Deposit Policies

  • The deposit amount will vary depending on the service selected.

  • The deposit will be made after your Free Consultation to secure your selected service appointment and is non-refundable.

  • The deposit will be applied towards the amount for the selected service at checkout.

Cancellation Policies - Hair Services

  • In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 48-hour notice is required.

  • If 48-hour notice is given to us the deposit will be applied for your next service.

  • Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame of your scheduled appointment the deposit made for the selected service will be applied towards the Cancellation Fee. (Cancellation Fee will be based on the amount placed as a deposit & a new deposit will be needed for any other salon services)

  • No shows and same-day cancellations are included under this policy the deposit made towards the selected service will be applied towards the Cancellation Fee. (Cancellation Fee will be based on the amount placed as a deposit & new deposit will be needed for any other salon services)

Refund Policies

  • We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we would love to make adjustments for you within 7 days of your original service.

  • For Nail Services we do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied for the nail services we would love to make adjustments for you within : Regular Manicure 1 day, Gel Manicure 2 days, Dipping Powder 2 days, Acrylics 2 days. Pedicure with regular polish 1 day & Gel Pedicure 2 days.

  • We do not perform any redo services if you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair.

  • Your color, keratin, or extensions service will only be guaranteed if you invest in the recommended products directly from our salon. If you do not invest in the recommended products we can not perform any redo services complimentary.

  • Some complex or corrective color services may require multiple visits/services to achieve. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.

  • No color service is guaranteed if you have box color present in your hair since box color has an inconsistent nature.

  • If you chose to book for an extensions service half of the full cost of hair extensions and installation is due at that time.

  • Please note our 48-hour cancellation policy, we do require a 48 notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • We do not issue refunds on any hair products purchased at Be’u Salon & Spa.
